Stacy Jacobson
Reporter
sjacobson@wboy.com | Phone: (304) 326-6758

Stacy might look familiar because she first joined WBOY as an intern reporter from January through March 2010. She gained experience in shooting, editing and writing for television and the Web and enjoyed meeting the people of North Central West Virginia. She liked her experience so much that she decided to return as a full time reporter! She officially rejoined the station in July 2010 and is happy to be back.

Stacy graduated from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism with a double major in journalism and political science. At Northwestern she worked on the Northwestern News Network and Sports Night broadcasts and as an editor for Abroad View Magazine. She is originally from Baltimore and held internships there with WJZ, the local CBS affiliate and WBFF, the local FOX affiliate in the sports departments. She continues to pursue both news and sports reporting and is excited to have the opportunity to do both at WBOY.

In her spare time, Stacy likes to travel, spend time with family and friends, try new restaurants and of course root for her hometown Ravens. If you have any story suggestions for Stacy, please contact her at the address above.
